Is Car Parking Available? Yes, we have plenty of free car parking at the hotel.
What is your Cancellation Policy? All regular bookings must be cancelled by 2pm on the day of arrival to avoid cancellation charge of first night stay. Cancellations can only be implemented by phoning Rochestown Park Hotel or cancelling your room online directly.
Are Baby Cots available? Yes, we provide travel cots on request - We do not provide mattesses for the cot, so please feel free to bring your own. Please email your reservations team with your request - res@rochestownpark.com
Do I need to reserve a Breakfast Time? No, but please note breakfast is quietest before 08:30am.
How do I reserve a Table for Dinner in Suttons Bistro? Reservations must be made for dinner prior to arrival. Please click here to reserve.
What is Check in Time? 3pm is check in time.
What is Check Out Time? 11am is check out time.
How can I request an Early Check in or Late Departure? All early arrivals or late departures are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until the day - Please email the reservations team to advise of your request. - res@rochestownpark.com
Do I need a Credit Card to check in? Yes a valid credit/debit card in the name of the reservation, along with a valid photo id is required for check in.
What is the Age Requirement to reserve a room? You can only make a booking if you are 18 years old or over. If you arrive at the hotel and are under 18 years of age you will not be permitted to stay alone.
What are the Leisure Centre Opening Hours?
Adult Opening Hours - Mon - Fri 6am - 9.30pm and Sat/Sun: 7am - 8.30pm
Children Opening Hours - Mon - Fri: 9 - 12.15pm & 2pm - 5.30pm and Sat/Sun 9am - 6.30pm
Do I need to Book a Swimming Time? No, our leisure centre is operating on a walk in basis.
Are Swim Hats needed in the pool? Yes, we request all guests to wear swim hats.
